When will my order ship out?

Our current processing time is between 2-3 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed (packed + labeled), you will get a shipping notification via email with your tracking number. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours.

 

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us via email at sales@thewildbabe.com with your order number and we will be happy to process your cancellation.

 

What is your return policy?

If your items are damaged or broken due to shipping, please contact us via email at support@thewildbabe.com with a photo of your damaged item and we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of the products, we do not except exchanges or returns on body care items unless they are damaged. We do not accept returns on sale items. The Wild Babe cannot return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. We do not offer free returns on undamaged products. Recipient must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving product.
