HOW TO ORDER:
After submitting your form, and you are set up as a vendor, you will receive a unique wholesale discount code to your email that will enable you to place orders when it is convenient for you.
A minimum order of $100 is required. There is no minimum annual spending requirement to maintain your account with us. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders will typically ship out 3-4 business days from the day you order. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to get all orders fulfilled within 1-2 weeks of placing the order. Should it extend longer than that, we will contact you immediately. Your patience is appreciated as all of our products are carefully handmade in small batches.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Shipping costs apply to all wholesale orders and will be calculated upon checkout depending on order total and shipping address. Store drop-off is possible depending on location. Our studio is located in San Diego, CA.
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received damaged products. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package for replacement or credit.
We will not tolerate vendors removing any labels or tags from our products. We reserve the right to immediately discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported doing so.
